Established in 1972 by Bob Evans (hence the B.E) The Company director is Simon Evans with Kris Hart and Ant Hart completing the management team. Initially event organisers, we soon learnt how much pressure organisers are under and how they need reliable and professional suppliers.

Our team are hardworking and experienced, mostly having been with us for many years. We started the hire business in the early 1980's with just a small number of wooden folding tables, made initially for our own events. We found our tables very popular due to their sturdy construction and good condition.

We believe that the tables we now make are the best in the country and they are used at the most prestigious venues. Soon we found we were being asked if we could supply other furniture as well as trestle tables. Firstly we introduced polypropylene stacking chairs into our stock but found the transport and storage was not ideal.

Next we introduced the Samsonite folding chair and have found these to be ideal for events. We now stock over thirty thousand samsonite.
