Epicurus Catering & Events

We are passionate about creating fantastic tasting food from great ingredients. Our chefs like to use local suppliers wherever possible as we have some wonderful producers here in the North East.

Our meats are sourced from Northumberland farms, cheeses come from Wooler & Blagdon, sausages from Rothbury, eggs from the Derwent Valley, fish from Seahouses & North Shields, and ales from Wallsend, Cullercoats & Wylam. We can cater for any type of event and any number of guests.

Our hire department can supply all of the crockery, cutlery, glasses and linen to suit your chosen theme. We have associations with some great local venues you can hire for weddings and we can also operate cash bars for you as we have our own mobile licensed bars.

We have excellent suppliers in the following areas and can organise just about anything you may need for your wedding; Audio Visual, Staging & Lighting, Generators, Florists, Marquees, Entertainment, Event Security, Ice Sculptures, Photographers & Cocktail Flair Bar Tenders to name a few.

Our weddings are organised and managed by Chris Reay and his team, so please get in touch with your ideas and we'll endeavour to make them happen. Please bear in mind that our services are bespoke. All weddings are different and quotes have to be worked out on an individual basis, so please allow up to seven days from initial contact to receiving a proposal.
