Flö - Professional Flute & Violin Duo

Professional Flute & Violin Duo based in the UK and Gothenburg, Sweden, providing music suitable for any special occasion, event or concert. We are a very versatile ensemble, with no complicated set up, meaning we can perform wherever required, inside or out. The unique blending of the flute and violin sound creates a perfect atmosphere for any special occasion and with just two musicians you are guaranteed an intimate experience. 
Our repertoire covers a wide variety of genres including classical, popular, folk and jazz. We are also more than happy to accommodate any specific requests that you may have.

Grace Buttler (violin) and Ellie Kendall (flute) met whilst studying for their Masters Degree in Orchestral Performance at the Academy of Music and Drama in Gothenburg, Sweden. After discovering each other's passion for chamber music, they formed Flö with the intention of performing concerts and playing at events and functions.  Flö have bases in both the United Kingdom and Sweden, meaning they are available for events in either country. 
They enjoy playing a variety of music including classical, folk, and jazz, both in concerts, and at weddings and functions. 
Flö are excited about their upcoming concert program including collaborations with up and coming composers.
